Second Warning and Restricted Membership.

Dear Saikusa,
I am trying to make the pictures better... but I�¢?m new at this. Every time I post something it is quickly erased.
Take note that: I MEAN NO HARM.
The process I was using to make the pictures was to save some video (VLC) snapshots and then put them together in Paint. Please tell me if by this method I will be able to make a picture of the expected quality. If not I must find another way, but I don't have Illustrator or any other complex design program and my computer -like yours- is a slow one. It also took me a reasonable amount of time to make the pics that were deleted.
An answer will be highly appreciated.

I saw this post of yours in the complaints thread, and while I cannot help youn on the matter of becoming a regular member again, I can help you with working on better wallpapers. It may also help you regain member status. and keep it with your submissions.

First things first... 100% nono on screenshots. They really are poor quality and mt has a high quality standard. #2 You do NOT enlarge any image for a submission. This decreases the quality of an already poor quality image and will decrease quality of high quality images too. #3. I'm sorry, but it would be next to imposible to make anything mt-worthy in MSPaint. If you can, you could try to find a free/shareware image editing program that allows for image modification.

I know what it's like to have computer problems while making images. good image programs take up a lot of resources and the larger you make the image, the slower the results can show in some cases. But if you get yourself an editing program - one that allows brushes, effects, color adjustments - and layers are practically a must, but I suppose you can make do without, I'm just used to using Photoshop myself. Before you get your status unrestricted, you can try posting your work in the forums and get feedback. You can try with paint, but I wouldn't expect too much from reviews unless you've got some nice tricks up you're sleeve and good design ideas.
